Terms and Conditions

By using the services provided by Boston Airport Shuttle Service (“the Company”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all reservations made via our website, phone, or email.

1. Reservation & Billing

  • Flat Rates: All airport transfers are billed at a flat rate. Any changes to the itinerary (extra stops, change of destination) may result in additional charges.

  • Payment: We accept all major credit cards. A valid card must be on file to secure a reservation.

  • Holiday Surcharge: A 10% surcharge applies to rides scheduled on major holidays, including Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.

  • Gratuity: A standard 20% gratuity is automatically added to the total fare for the convenience of our chauffeurs. This is adjustable at the client’s discretion.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • SUV & Minivan Reservations: We require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within less than 4 hours will be billed in full.

  • Sprinter Van (12-14 Passenger) Reservations: Due to the specialized nature of these vehicles, we require at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund.

  • Out-of-Town Pickups: If the vehicle is already in transit for a pickup outside the Greater Boston area, a full charge will apply regardless of the cancellation time.

  • No-Show Policy: If you cannot locate your driver, please call us at +1 (617) 987-4003 immediately. Leaving the pickup location without notifying dispatch will result in a “No-Show” charge equal to the full fare plus any applicable wait time.

3. Wait Time & Grace Periods

  • Domestic Arrivals: 30 minutes of free grace period from the time of flight arrival.

  • International Arrivals: 60 minutes of free grace period from the time of flight arrival.

  • Non-Airport Pickups: 15 minutes of free grace period.

  • Charges: After the grace period, waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate ($90/hr for SUVs, $150/hr for Sprinter Vans).

4. Child Safety Seats

  • Availability: Child seats (Infant, Toddler, and Booster) are only available in our SUVs, Minivans, and Sprinter Vans.

  • Surcharges: A fee of $15 per Infant/Toddler seat and $10 per Booster seat is applied to cover sanitization and installation.

  • Responsibility: While our drivers are trained in installation, the final safety check of the child’s harness and the securement of the seat remains the responsibility of the parent/guardian.

5. Vehicle Rules & Damage

  • Smoking: All vehicles are strictly 100% Smoke-Free. Violation of this policy results in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

  • Sickness/Spillage: A minimum $300 sanitation fee will be charged for any passenger vomiting or excessive liquid spillage.

  • Conduct: The driver reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if a passenger’s behavior is deemed dangerous or illegal (drug use).

  • Passenger Capacity: Vehicles may not exceed their legal seating capacity.

6. Liability

  • Delays: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, road accidents, or unexpected traffic conditions.

  • Lost Items: We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please check the seat and floor before exiting. If an item is found, we will notify you to arrange for its return (courier fees may apply).
